This time we're peeling back the layers of Edinburgh's Stewart Brewing to find it's not at all what we expected. We find out about their Project 7, an innovative concept that has produced all manner of exotic offerings since its inception in 2018. As we're chatting with brewer Nathan, we try their Oktoberfest beer, and that is a theme that runs throughout the episode. In Tried & Tested, where we discuss our favourite beers since the last episode, there is high praise for a major supermarket's seasonal offering, while Any Other Beerness hones in on a timely release from our sponsor.
We are joined by Sam, one half of the Copper Beech Brewing Company from Kidderminster, who tells all about life as the Brewer's Wife. And this is a good one, as we find out about a kit upgrade that has seen husband Dan increase his brewing capacity significantly.
